In my quest to find something new to do with ground beef, I found a recipe for pasta, ground beef, and BBQ sauce. Kind of a homemade Hamburger Helper. I decided to give it a try tonight.
Yeah, we could have probably done better with Hamburger Helper. J said we could have just used marinara sauce and it would have been just fine.
Maybe I should call my grandma. I hear she knew 101 ways to use ground beef. Then again, that was 70 years ago.

Ouch.. I had meatballs in BBQ Sauce over the holidays.. disgusting! I make a "sloppy burger" with ground beef... cute up pickles, onions, tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, even american cheese (or whatever burger toppings you like)... its different, but still tasty!
