Newport!

It was a beautiful day today, so we decided a trip to Newport was a great way to spend the day. And hey, I brought my camera!

We took a train ride out of Newport up north to see the sights

Maw and Grania were so excited!

The train was very festive

S had a blast

We saw lots of beautiful scenery

S played on our laps

The USS Saratoga, slowly being dismantled

S enjoyed a snack on the ride back

We all posed for the camera after our ride

We went to the waterfront Marriott, where we saw a giant gingerbread house and lighthouse

There was also a giant tree

And giant ornaments

I took a random picture of a random historical building in downtown Newport

We drove on Ocean Avenue, and J let me stop to take pictures

The sun was setting

S enjoyed it...

When we got home, she opened yet another present, this one a blanket that Maw knitted for her. She loved it
