What's new in our world

It's been a little over a week since S came home to us, and a lot has been going on. Grandma came to visit this week to help me out while J went back to work.



She did a lot of cuddling, feeding, and walking around with S during her cranky times.




Aunt Irene made a cool blanket that is now essentially a permanent fixture in her Pack n Play.



Auntie Monica packed up all of cousin Grace's old clothes and sent them for our little girl. Check out this lovely purple ensemble.

J has given her a new nickname--Fisty McFist. Because she starts eating her fist when she gets hungry.

S has been continuing her trend of eating, sleeping, and pooping well. She's starting to have fussy times in the late evening, but nothing we can't handle. She has slept through the night (with one 4am feeding) 3 times so far . We are happy to be well rested!

This week we have our first post placement visit. I'm hoping to get a picture of S with our social worker.
